Born on 25 July 1982 in Lutsk, Volyn region.
In 2005, finished Bible School in Dzingelov (Poland), where he also did a year(2005-2006) of voluntary service with the Center of Mission and Evangelism (Evangelical (Lutheran) Church of the Augsburg Confession in Poland).
In 2011, graduated from Christian Theological Academy in Warsaw with the master’s degree in Theology and begun his postgraduate study.
In 2012, completed the course on Pastoral Care and Psychology with SIPCC – Society for Intercultural Pastoral Care and Counselling.
In 2011-2012,did an internship in Evangelical (Lutheran) Church of the Augsburg Confession in Poland.
From 2012, serves as a pastor of Evangelical Lutheran congregations in Kharkiv and Kremenchuk. In 2013-2015 was a deputy of the Bishop of German Evangelical Lutheran Church of Ukraine.
From 2004 to 2014, was a co-organizer of international Christian camps “Gloria”.
From 2013, is a member of international ecumenical group “Reconciliation in Europe”, which includes representatives of Roman Catholic Church, Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church, Orthodox Church and Lutheran Church from four countries: Germany, Poland, Ukraine, and Belarus.
From 2017, is a founder and a director of “Diaconia Ukraine” Charitable Foundation.
In 2018, serves as an episcopal visitor of GELCU.
From 2019, bishop of GELCU.
Married. Father of two daughters and a son.
