Lutherans of Berdyansk support each other and refugees from Mariupol despite the difficult situation under Putin’s occupation.
The city is on the route of humanitarian corridor from Mariupol to Zaporizhzhya.Yuri Rykov preacher of the local Lutheran congregation:
“Despite the difficulties in acquiring goods, they still managed to make a small “strategic stock” of products and other goods that would be useful in a humanitarian disaster. Part of the it was shared with refugees from Mariupol, who are in critical condition.We also opened for them the collection of clothes, personal hygiene items.
