Lydia Tselsdorf, President of the Church Council of St. Catherine’s congregation in Kyiv, wrote:

“We managed to get humanitarian aid: cereals, lard, bread, sugar, sunflower oil, canned food, potatoes, apples, bananas, pasta, as well as blankets and hygiene products etc.

We are grateful to GELCU, as well as to our brothers and sisters from the Philadelphia Pentecostal Church Social Center, for their help. The aid was donated to needy members of St. Catherine’s congregation and to our defenders”.

St. Catherine’s Church is located close to building of the Office of President of Ukraine. Regular worship services can no longer take place here, if only because of the lack of transport options, but also because the church is located in the inside government quarter.
